Shipping

Our planned policy. The final version is published before the shop opens.

Where: almost everywhere. Choose your country at checkout; if it's in the list, we ship there.
Production: each hat is embroidered to order, usually within 2–5 working days of your payment confirming.
From: your hat is made at our partner's fulfilment centre nearest to you (the UK, EU, US and elsewhere), which keeps shipping short and cheap.
Delivery: typically 2–5 working days in the UK after dispatch; usually 5–15 working days elsewhere, depending on the destination.
Import duties: for some destinations, your country may charge import duty or taxes on delivery. Where our partner collects VAT up front (UK and EU), it's included in your checkout price as a cost line.
Cost: shipping is charged at what our partner charges us, shown line by line at checkout.
Tracking: emailed to you when your parcel ships, and shown on your order page.

Lost or damaged in transit? Contact us and we'll replace it or refund you.
